Diamond Pioneer Award

The College of Agricultural Sciences wishes to honor people with significant lifetime contributions to agriculture, natural resources, and the people of Oregon and/or Oregon State University. This award provides the opportunity to publicly recognize the accomplishments of individuals who have contributed to the well-being of their community, industry, and/or state. Each award recipient will receive recognition by the College at a luncheon where inductees will be given an award and a lapel pin. They will also become permanent members of the Diamond Pioneer Agricultural Achievement Registry in the College of Agricultural Sciences.

OSU Changemakers

Hosted by the OSU Alumni Association, the Changemakers program celebrates Beavers who meaningfully transform their communities or fields of interest. Whether they’re making a difference through their careers or volunteer work, these inspiring individuals are blazing a path toward equity, strong communities, human rights, health and prosperity, climate change solutions and so much more, underscoring the profound impact that even modest efforts can have. The recognition is a part of the OSU Days of Service, an annual effort every May that unites Beavers worldwide in making a difference. Together, they reflect the OSU community’s commitment to a brighter future and the belief that everyone’s efforts matter.

OSU Fellows

Since 1988, the Oregon State University Alumni Association in partnership with the university has recognized caring, passionate and talented members of Beaver Nation who have distinguished themselves in their professions and their communities. Alumni Fellows are celebrated on campus in the fall and recognized during the Black and Orange Awards Celebration. Through the Alumni Fellows program, Oregon State University colleges, departments and the OSU Alumni Association reconnect with alumni that have distinguished themselves in their professions and communities and celebrate them for all that they have done and will continue to do. Alumni Fellows share their experiences and wisdom with alumni and current students, as well as build stronger ties with faculty and their alma mater.
